Cuando algunas de las hist\u00f3ricas peticiones de nuestro pa\u00eds hoy parecen inciertamente abrirse ante algunas posibilidades de cambio desde Naciones Unidas, su reclamo irrenunciable de soberan\u00eda y la mayor\u00eda de los n\u00facleos abordados durante esos d\u00edas en las Jornadas mantienen total y absoluta vigencia.
